certify, games submitted as meeting the standards established
for use in Native American Gaming operations in the Oklahoma

Certificates of Permissibility for the sale and use of our games

the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission for
the six new games previously submitted.

approvals for Amusement & Charity Games

Martin Caplan, President of Double D Gaming, Inc., is pleased to
announce that lab reports and approvals have been received from
NFA Associates for three amusement and three charity games. The
reports have been forwarded by NFA to the LGCCC and State
approvals are expected at the next monthly meeting of the
Commission.

from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement

announce that upon successful application and inspection of our
facility, permission has been granted by the New Jersey Division
of Gaming Enforcement for the designation as "Approved Slot
Machine Storage Warehouse".

licensing application with Casino Control Commission

Martin Caplan, President of Double D Gaming, Inc., is pleased to
announce that application has been made to the enterprise
licensing department of the NJ Casino Control Commission for
licensing as a Casino Service Industry (CSI License). The
requested licensing will permit Double D Gaming to
transact business with all licensed gaming facilities in New
Jersey. Upon review and acceptance by the Casino Control
Commission, Double D Gaming is permitted to transact business
with Casinos subject to the filing and acceptance of a
Transactional Waiver until such time as permanent licensing is
granted by the Casino Control Commission.

NJLGCCC

announce that a license has been issued and received from the
New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission with the
designation of "Approved Casino Equipment Provider". The
licensing allows Double D to possess, sell, rent or lease
approved gaming and non-gaming equipment to authorized users
within the State of New Jersey.
